Jimmie R. Alford Culminates in Leveraged Buyout and a Management and
Governance Structure to Carry the Firm into the Future
January 13—The Alford Group Inc., a premier consulting firm serving
the not-for-profit sector, is announcing a change in ownership
structure with a leveraged buyout by the Company’s management team.
Founder and Chair Jimmie R. Alford, CFRE will transfer the remainder
of his equity in the company to a group of managers, making The

company. Tom Mesaros will continue in his current role as President

a structure that mirrors a public company, The Alford Group has
ensured that its long-standing reputation for accountability,
transparency and sound management will continue far into the future.
The Alford Group’s Board of Directors is comprised of both senior
management leaders and outside professionals that bring added value
